RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Amreeta Concepts issues refunds to the original form of payment used on an order in the event that your order:
• Is cancelled by Amreeta Concepts
• One or more of your items sold out since your order was processed.
• Item(s) is proved to be received incorrect i.e. (size/color received is not what was ordered.)
Amreeta Concepts will take up to 10 business days to clear your refund. Depending on your financial institution, the refund amount may take up to 15 business days to post to your account.
If you used a gift card to purchase your item(s), your funds will be issued back to your gift card immediately.

Q: Do you offer refunds for reasons outside of the above?
A: We do not provide cash refunds. We will accept returns for store credit only within 30 days of the original purchase date with a valid receipt and all tags (if applicable) attached.
Q: Do you offer exchanges?
A: We do not offer exchanges, but we welcome you to return your item(s) by mail in accordance with our Return Policy by using our online returns portal and repurchasing any available item(s) on our site.
Q: I changed my mind. Can I cancel my order?
A: We create all items with love and on demand. For this reason, cancelling may not always be an option. We will evaluate cancellations on a case-by-case basis.
If your order is in active processing or has already shipped, we will not be able to cancel your order.
SHIPPING
To ensure your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within the timeframes we advertise, please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) is critical for ensuring timely delivery.
We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase. We will ship to PO Boxes via USPS (not UPS). We reserve the right to change carriers at any time.
For international shipments, the goods will be imported on behalf of the consignee/buyer. The consignee authorizes Amreeta Concepts to import the goods on his behalf. Further, the consignee/buyer agrees Amreeta Concepts may delegate the obligation to import the goods on his behalf to a subcontractor (e.g. customs broker). The consignee will pay the taxes & duties in addition with the purchase price of the goods.

Processing Time
All orders are subject to processing time that is separate and apart from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once it has been picked up from our fulfillment center by the applicable carrier. Depending on several factors, standard domestic and international orders could take longer than 10-14 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays) to process.
Shipping Fees Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from amreetaconcepts.com, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from any credit issued.
Q: What is your current production time?
A: New orders are typically shipped within 10-14 business days. You will receive your tracking number at that time. Once shipped, orders are usually received within 5-7 business days for US destinations. International orders usually take a few weeks to arrive.
Delivery policy
If your package is lost or missing, you must contact us within 30 days of the delivery date to be eligible for a store credit or reship. Amreeta Concepts does not guarantee responsibility for packages that have been reported as “Delivered” by the carrier and will review on a case-by-case basis. Additionally, we are not responsible for any postal delays.
Delivery Claims
We will assist you in working with the carrier to complete the claims process. Please note: Claims can take up to 30 days to complete (depending on the shipping carrier used).
Amreeta Concepts does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.
Out of stock items
If your order includes multiple items and one (or more) of the items are out of stock: we will go ahead and ship the rest of your order, issuing a refund to your original form of payment for the item(s) not in stock.
Reserved rights regarding shipping
While we will make every effort to accommodate your shipping and billing preferences, in order to protect our customers, Amreeta Concepts reserves the right to require customers to use a “common” shipping and billing address in the event we are unable to process an order or verify a shipping address provided.
Additionally, Amreeta Concepts reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or cancel orders from customers at any time due to:
• An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of “wardrobing;”
• An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or,
• Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.
Similarly, Amreeta Concepts reserves the right to limit, refuse, and/or reject returns (both in-store and online) to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.
